A few important things before you create your account
Your master password is the most important part of your account. Please read and acknowledge each point below.
If you forget your master password, you will permanently lose access to all your passwords and data. This is not a limitation—it's a security feature.
Your master password never leaves your device. We use zero-knowledge encryption, meaning even we cannot see or recover it.
We literally cannot help you if you forget it.
Your master password is used to create a unique encryption key that protects all your vault data. Without it, your data is unreadable.
No password = No access to your vault.
Unlike other services, we don't store any version of your password on our servers. This is by design for maximum security.
Your Emergency Kit is your only way back in.
Use a passphrase: combine 4-5 random words that form a unique mental image.
Example: purple-elephant-dancing-moonlight-42
Never use your master password anywhere else. This should be completely unique.
At least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
After signing up, you'll receive an Emergency Kit. Store it safely - it's your backup.
